The Irise Dance Project Youth Company is a collective of exceptional young artists who show strong dedication, artistic passion, and commitment to both their craft and their futures. Through comprehensive scholarships, employment opportunities within the studio, intensive training workshops, and ongoing mentorship from professional dance artists, our members hone their skills over long periods—often dedicating 6–10 years to their development within the studio. This deep commitment is reflected in their technical skills and the power of their performances across the Merrimack Valley and beyond. Youth Company members also choreograph collaboratively with each other and their mentors to create powerful pieces that reflect their talents, ideas, and identities.
