Irise Dance Project services over 100 children through accessible, high quality, dance education. We are a platform for young people to find their voice, identity, and confidence through dance.
Focusing on youth empowerment, Irise Dance Project uses dance education and experiences to elevate the lives of our students.
At Irise Dance Project, we believe dance is a powerful vehicle for personal and communal growth. Based in Lawrence, MA, we offer a comprehensive curriculum—spanning ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern, creative movement, and African dance for ages 2.5 to 18—in a non-competitive, inclusive environment. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible dance education that empowers young people from all backgrounds to thrive, whether they are dancing for professional development, healing, or pure self-expression.
Beyond technique, we are a community-centered organization committed to nurturing the whole person. Over the past decade, we have cultivated enduring relationships that serve as the foundation of our work, fostering an environment where students build deep-rooted community connections, confidence, and self-esteem.

Irise Dance Project believes everyone can benefit from the healing power of dance.
