Irise Dance Project services over 100 children through accessible, high quality, dance education. We are a platform for young people to find their voice, identity, and confidence through dance.
In a fair world, every child is given the chance to transform their minds, hearts, and futures through dance.
Our comprehensive approach to dance education includes weekly classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern, creative movement, and African dance for ages 2.5-18. Irise Dance Project’s classes are offered in a non-competitive environment dedicated to providing high-quality dance education that is accessible to young people from all backgrounds. Situated in Lawrence, MA, Irise aims to nurture talented dancers while preparing them for success as artists, leaders, and individuals. Our curriculum includes essential techniques for those pursuing professional dance careers as well as for those dancing for enjoyment, healing, or self-expression. Irise focus’s on building strong technique while fostering self-awareness and expressive movement.

Our various partnerships with schools and organizations have provided us with the opportunity to educate and uplift people of all ages and backgrounds, furthering our mission to build empowered and caring communities through dance.
