In 2026, The Lawrence Dance Intensive’s brought 120 dancers of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities and 12 professional dance artists and educators to Lawrence for 20 hours of free classes.

The Lawrence Dance Intensive’s bring together instructors, artists, community members, students and dancers in a collaborative environment to learn and create. They also serve as an opportunity to immerse oneself in high quality, professional dance classes in Lawrence. All levels and abilities are welcome including children with dance experience.
